was born from a simple observation: modern Pune was losing its greenery. We wanted to create a project that didn’t just add to the city’s concrete, but preserved its soul. By securing the 11-acre Manjiri Stud Farm land parcel, we committed to a vision of low-density living where nature is the master architect. Every detail, from the placement of the 400+ trees to the 80% open space, is a deliberate choice to prioritize well-being over density.
Why We Built the "Uncity"
The “Uncity” is more than a marketing slogan; it is our engineering philosophy. We realized that true luxury is not just about Italian marble; it’s about the freedom to walk through a mango grove in the morning. It’s about only having 34 neighbors in an entire acre. We built Wildernest for the 350 families who are tired of the “box living” mentality and want their home to be an escape.
